We really liked how close it was to apple farms we had breakfast few times and just the comfort of the beds and space. It was clean and had the amenities that we needed. and staff was very accommodating when we needed to change our room due to noise and getting extra towels. We would definitely come back.

The Inn at San Luis Obispo offers a delightful stay with its excellent location, hassle-free check-in and check-out process, and impeccable cleanliness. The well-maintained surroundings showcase a commitment to quality, evident in the absence of dated furniture or worn-out items. The room's thoughtful touches, such as extra pillows and a cozy blanket, contribute to a comfortable experience. While I didn't get to use the pool due to its lack of heating and the nighttime, its appealing appearance suggests a refreshing option during daylight hours. Overall, a highly recommended choice for a pleasant and well-rounded stay.

The receptionist was great, courteous. The parking lot was nice, location is nice and good value. The room was clean, sheets and pillows were clean. Someone is making an effort to keep it clean. for the price, it provided a clean place to sleep and shower. The issue is that the room is very old, albeit someone is regularly maintaining it so don't want to blast anyone. You can tell they care, but the room is very musty smelling and the noise from above was almost crystal clear with the punks upstairs laughing loudly, walking loudly and even puking loudly early in the morning. When we arrived the windows were open so the room was very cold but once I entered I understood. This helps air out the room. Once inside, I figured out how to turn on the heater and while loud and also smelling a little musty worked well. The blackout curtains also don't close all the way on the bottom floor, but again there were strips of blue painters tape on the curtains that someone left behind. I was able to move one from the end and get the curtains to close with it. So overall this is a nice, clean place to spend the night after a long drive but not a place I would spend more than one night. I hope this helps others out there and as I said, the management is making an effort to keep this old building up to par, but it's a tall order due to age and condition.
